Da qualche ora si è chiuso il 51° Vinitaly, l’evento enologico più importante in Italia, dove migliaia di Aziende, espongono le eccellenze della nostra Italia, che rappresenta senza dubbio il vigneto più versatile e ricco di cultivar al mondo.In questo panorama così eclettico , anche il Molise da qualche anno a questa parta si sta proponendo come realtà di grande qualità enologica, e soprattutto stanno destando grande interesse e curiosità, i suoi vini.
Ogni anno aumentano sempre più i visitatori allo stand della regione Molise che quest’anno ha ospitato ben quattordici cantine,in rappresentanza del l’intero territorio regionale. A questo successo hanno senza dubbio contribuito, le numerose attività messe in atto, dalle associazioni, per comunicare correttamente la produzione regionale, in quest’ambito si collocano, i seminari che da qualche anno, la delegazione ONAV del Molise ha realizzato, in giro per la penisola, con la finalità , per l’appunto, di dare visibilità in ampie platea alla produzione vinicola regionale.
Il Vintaly rappresenta in tal senso un’occasione unica e irripetibile, per questo , l’ONAV ha realizzato a Verona, per il secondo anno consecutivo, un seminario sui vini Molisani, domenica 9 Aprile. La degustazione guidata è stata condotta dal Delegato regionale dell’ONAV Molise Carla Iorio e dal Presidente nazionale Vito Intini. Dopo una breve presentazione del territorio, sono stati degustati sei vini che in qualche modo hanno dato un piccolo assaggio di ciò che il Molise sa fare in tema di produzione vinicola di qualità. Partendo dalla falanghina vitigno molto diffuso in Campania, ma che in Molise si caratterizza per una sorprendente sapidità e ricchezza olfattiva, nonché per una sorprendente freschezza.
Due le Falanghine in degustazione il Clivia dell’Azienda San Zenone di Montenero di Bisaccia, e il Passo alle Tremiti di Tenimenti Grieco, figlie del territorio, sapide, con note di erbe aromatiche e una gran bella frutta, sorprendentemente fresche. Non poteva mancare la Tintilia, vitigno autoctono molisano , caratterizzato da una sorprendente spezialità nonostante venga vinificato in acciaio, un vino importante, elegante, un rosso che ha dimostrato, come ha sottolineato Carla Iorio, di avere delle ottime capacità di invecchiamento, e di conservare nel tempo quella freschezza che la caratterizza da giovane.
Gli ospiti del Vintitaly hanno potuto degustare la Tintiglia S delle Cantine Catabbo di San Martino in Pensilis, e il Macchiarossa della Cantina Cipressi di San Felice del Molise, entrambe di ottimo corpo con un bouquet straordinariamente inebriante e grande complessità aromatica, tanni presenti, ma vellutati, che lasciano una piacevole sensazione di polvere di cacao. La seduta di degustazione si è conclusa con due espressioni della Doc Molise, nata nel lontano 1998, che ricade su tutto il territorio regionale, espressione del temperamento del popolo Sannita, progenitore dei molisani; un Aglianico igp il Sarò delle Cantine Cieri di Termoli, sorprendente per giovinezza del colore, e l’ottima rotondità, e il Don Donà un Molise Rosso , delle Cantine Salvatore di Ururi, pieno, speziato, con ottima spalla acida. Vini pericolosi, quelli Molisani, è stata la conclusione del Presidente dell’ONAV Vito Intini, che ti prendono, e non ti lasciano andare.
