Sostenibilità e innovazione, sono le parole chiave della 41esima edizione di Momevi (Mostra meccanizzazione vitivinicoltura) e della Mostra Agricoltura Faenza (Maf).
Momevi (Mostra meccanizzazione vitivinicoltura) in programma nel centro fieristico della città manfreda dal 24 al 26 marzo in contemporanea alla Mostra Agricoltura Faenza (Maf). Il primo appuntamento venerdì 24 marzo alle 14,00 con l’incontro “Le opportunità in campo per la produzione viticola”, promosso da Image Line.
Prima tappa 2017 dell’Agroinnovation tour in collaborazione con il Museo di Scienza e Tecnologia di Milano, il focus pone l’accento sul PAN (Piano d’azione nazionale) per l’uso sostenibile dei prodotti fitosanitari al servizio delle aziende vitivinicole, e gli strumenti digitali in sostegno degli operatori.
Sempre venerdì alle 15 (sala Zanelli) riflettori puntati sul tema “Mineralità del vino e del suolo: c’è un nesso?”. Mineralità è un termine oggi molto di moda nel mondo enologico, eppure non sono ancora chiari i suoi confini. Il suolo è indubbiamente uno degli elementi che più incide sulle caratteristiche della materia prima che poi dà origine al vino e ancora ha bisogno di essere studiato e capito. Gli studi del suolo possono aiutare a caratterizzare meglio i vini, per presentarli meglio anche e soprattutto sul mercato estero. Considerato che circa la metà del vino prodotto in Italia viene consumato all’estero, quali sono i ‘desiderata’ dei consumatori di vino d’oltre confine? Da qui questo incontro che mette a confronto agronomi, ricercatori, università, istituti di ricerca, istituzioni.
L’agricoltura di precisione invece è al centro dell’incontro di sabato 25 marzo alle 10. L’agricoltura di precisione, già diffusa in molte aree agricole del mondo, si sta diffondendo anche nel settore viticolo dove dà informazioni oggettive al viticoltore per ottimizzare le sue scelte. Il tema è molto attuale e comprende tecnologie innovative – satelliti, droni, centraline di controllo, elaborazione dati raccolti da remoto – utili per comprendere le diversità del vigneto al fine di realizzare una viticoltura sostenibile, migliorare l’efficienza produttiva e la qualità della materia prima, riducendo l’impatto ambientale. La sfida della viticoltura di precisione è quella di monitorare il vigneto (stato sanitario, vigore, maturazione, etc.) e fornire input per adattare le tecniche colturali in maniera tempestiva e razionale. Un approccio pragmatico che unisce innovazione tecnologica e sapere tecnico-scientifico a supporto degli operatori della filiera vitivinicola. L’incontro, dunque, si prefigge di fare il punto della situazione, fornendo elementi utili a comprendere come i satelliti e i droni ci possono aiutare nella gestione del vigneto.
Il vino sarà anche al centro di due eventi a cura della Strada della Romagna che dedica una degustazione guidata sull’Albana per festeggiare i 30 anni della Docg. Un’altra degustazione è dedicata all’olio extravergine. Sabato 25 e domenica 26 marzo. Momevi pone il suo focus sulla meccanizzazione della vitivinicoltura in un percorso di filiera che dal vigneto arriva fino alla bottiglia. Un percorso che trova nel Polo di Tebano, che collabora con Momevi, il suo centro di ricerca di eccellenza.
