Back to the Wine: a Faenza il vino protagonista

Torna a Faenza un grande evento dedicato al vino. Ad ospitarlo la Fiera, per due giorni baricentro dell’enologia nazionale.

Appuntamento domenica 13 e lunedì 14 novembre con la prima edizione di Back to the Wine (Ritorno al Vino), curato da Andrea Marchetti, ideatore della comunità di Vinessum, con l’organizzazione di Blu Nautilus, che gestisce l’ente fieristico.

1472492715613“La grande risposta che abbiamo avuto da tutta Italia, e sin oltreconfine, conferma due cose: prima di tutto la volontà dei piccoli produttori di avere spazi propri nei quali farsi conoscere per condividere insieme qualcosa di grande – spiega Andrea Marchetti – In secondo luogo, la attrattività di Faenza come luogo dell’enologia, fecondo humus a cui mancava un evento del vino”.

Nel progetto Back to the Wine sono coinvolti anche cuochi nazionali, firme del giornalismo di settore, e alcune curiosità che saranno svelate nelle prossime settimane. “Faenza non è solo un territorio di grandi produttori ma anche un ambiente particolarmente sensibile all’enologia – spiega Fausto Bianchini di Blu Nautilus – Da tempo la città chiedeva un evento nazionale sul vino, l’incontro con Andrea Marchetti e il suo team di Vinessum, ha favorito tutto ciò. A circa un mese di distanza la risposta è stata al di sopra delle aspettative che ci eravamo preposti come prima edizione. Ci auguriamo che sia un primo passo in vista di un percorso di crescita nel corso dei prossimi mesi”.
