Tutto pronto per la prima edizione di “Ciak Irpinia, buona la prima”. Saranno i vini irpini gli assoluti protagonisti dell’evento organizzato dal Consorzio di Tutela ed in programma il prossimo 24 maggio nel Castello Marchionale di Taurasi. Il programma dell’iniziativa, presentata in anteprima al Vinitaly di Verona, è ormai pronto e sarà illustrato la prossima settimana nel corso di una conferenza stampa.
“Ciak Irpinia è solo un’altra tappa nel processo di promozione e valorizzazione del territorio che, come Consorzio, mettiamo in campo senza sosta e continueremo ad alimentare nei prossimi mesi. La nostra provincia – precisa il presidente del Consorzio Stefano Di Marzo – e i suoi straordinari vini meritano il giusto spazio di visibilità nello scenario vitivinicolo nazionale e internazionale”. Oltre quaranta operatori hanno già dato formale adesione, nei prossimi giorni è attesa la conferma di altre presenze importanti. Selezionata la presenza della stampa di settore nazionale e internazionale che ha garantito la partecipazione alle sessioni di degustazione e approfondimento.
L’evento annuale nasce con l’obiettivo di favorire lo scambio di idee, informazioni ed impressioni sul territorio irpino tra stampa specializzata, produttori, tecnici ed esperti, prendendo spunto dalla vendemmia appena conclusa. La Commissione Tecnica, presieduta dal professor Luigi Moio e composta da una selezione di enologi operanti nel territorio irpino, sta ultimando i lavori sui dati analitici delle vendemmie in esame.
Il programma si aprirà con un tasting seminar riservato al panel di giornalisti invitati, incentrato sulla degustazione di una selezione dei vini delle aziende consorziate. Al termine è prevista una sessione di approfondimento tra giornalisti, tecnici ed esperti. A seguire, nel pomeriggio, si svolgerà un walkaround tasting, con una degustazione dei vini delle aziende consorziate aperta a esperti, winelovers professionals, trade. Saranno coinvolti anche diversi chef di alto profilo operanti sul territorio irpino, tra cui Balzano, Del Giudice e Caputi.
