Dopo il successo della prima edizione torna a Narni (Tr), il 14 e 15 maggio, Ciliegiolo d’Italia, manifestazione ispirata ad uno dei vitigni più storici del territorio.
La due giorni è nata infatti con l’intento di promuovere, grazie a degustazioni e seminari, tutte quelle etichette italiane che vedono nel ciliegiolo il loro unico protagonista: vini in purezza in rappresentanza di zone ad alta vocazione vitivinicola. Ciliegiolo d’Italia si fa forte anche dell’impegno rivolto alla valorizzazione di un territorio, quello di Narni, ancora in parte sconosciuto a tanti, ricco di tradizione e ricchezze sia paesaggistiche, che culturali. La kermesse si svolgerà nei giorni di sabato 14 maggio e domenica 15 maggio nell’Auditorium di San Domenico, chiesa sconsacrata e di rara bellezza, risalente al XII secolo, che si trova nel cuore del centro storico della caratteristica cittadina umbra.
Saranno circa 40 i vignaioli chiamati a riunirsi a Narni per animare un confronto, offerto ad un pubblico formato sia da appassionati, sia da giornalisti ed operatori, che intende esaltare le differenze che intercorrono tra vini ottenuti in diverse località, con differenti climi, terreni ed idee produttive, ma da un unico vitigno: il ciliegiolo. Ciliegiolo d’Italia sarà non soltanto degustazioni ai banchi di assaggio alla presenza dei vignerons, ma anche seminari, e degustazioni guidate da influenti penne del mondo vinicolo: Antonio Boco, Giampaolo Gravina, Fabio Pracchia e Giampiero Pulcini. Grazie alla collaborazione con Slow Food Terre dell’Umbria Meridionale si potranno apprezzare, degustare ed acquistare alcuni Presidi, piccole e rare creazioni agroalimentari del Bel Paese. Ma la gastronomia sarà anche altro. Sia sabato che domenica, infatti, a dare ancora più pepe alla kermesse ci saranno i cooking show, che mostreranno la stoffa e la bontà della cucina umbra. La manifestazione è promossa ed ideata dall’Associazione dei Produttori di Ciliegiolo di Narni, sette aziende locali riunitesi per la promozione e lo sviluppo delle produzioni vitivinicole autoctone, in particolare del tipo denominato “Ciliegiolo di Narni”.
L’Associazione dei Produttori di Ciliegiolo di Narni è formata dalle aziende Leonardo Bussoletti (il cui titolare, Leonardo Bussoletti, è il Presidente dell’Associazione), Fattoria Giro di Vento di Azienda Agricola Mazzocchi, Tenuta Casale Milli, Tenuta Fabrucciano, Agraria Ponteggia, Cantina Sandonna, Ruffo della Scaletta. Queste sette realtà che producono ed etichettano Cilegiolo di Narni in purezza hanno aderito a un disciplinare che certifica l’adozione di determinate norme di lavorazione, sia in vigna che in cantina, più rigorose rispetto al disciplinare IGT, e si contraddistinguono grazie ad un bollino posto in etichetta. www.ciliegioloditalia.it
