Clavesana, sabato 9 luglio: storie di vino e d’altro in una chiesa di campagna. Quarta edizione di “Rock & the Wine” tra Dogliani docg, paesaggi rurali e rock d’autore. Torna l’appuntamento vista Langhe con la cantina-simbolo del Dolcetto: un convegno sulla percezione vino-paesaggio e il concerto dell’ex Green on Red Dan Stuart.
Si intitola infatti “Paesaggi rurali e rock d’autore: storie di vino e d’altro, in una chiesa di campagna” l’edizione 2016 (la quarta) del festival enomusicale “Rock & the Wine”, la rassegna estiva ideata e voluta dalla Cantina di Clavesana Siamo Dolcetto per parlare e far parlare del vino e del suo territorio: Il Dogliani, il Dolcetto, le vigne, il Tanaro, i calanchi.
La chiave di lettura prescelta è stavolta quella dell’abbinamento tra vino e paesaggio, una leva sempre più influente in termini di presa sui media e il consumatore finale. A questo, il pomeriggio di sabato 9 luglio (inizio alle 17), sarà dedicato “Relazioni tra il paesaggio rurale e la qualità percepita del vino: cronaca e prospettive di un esperimento”, convegno organizzato in collaborazione con l’Associazione Donne della Vite. Interverranno Roberto Cerrato, responsabile d’area della Commissione Unesco, la giornalista Clementina Palese e il presidente dell’Associazione Valeria Fasoli, che presenterà i primi risultati del test sperimentale messo a punto dall’Associazione con il Crea di Conegliano per far esprimere ai consumatori di ogni livello un giudizio sul vino (servito alla cieca) in funzione di un paesaggio proposto contestualmente.
A seguire, l’eccezionale concerto (come sempre in sinergia con il Crete Senesi Random Rock Festival) di Dan Stuart, già leader della leggendaria band losangelena dei Green on Red, nonché tra i numi tutelari della neopsichedelia del Paisley Underground, che scende a Clavesana per presentare il suo nuovo album, “Marlowe’s Revenge”. “L’identità con il territorio è uno dei massimi valori della nostra azienda”, spiega il direttore di Clavesana, Anna Bracco, “ed è per questo che abbiamo pensato di approfondire un tema di grande interesse come il rapporto tra vino e paesaggio, elemento che ci caratterizza fortemente e che in prospettiva può costituire una leva promozionale decisiva per il successo dei nostri vini”.
Il convegno è a ingresso libero. L’ingresso al concerto – preceduto da un aperitivo e seguito da una cena tipica a buffet con degustazione di Dogliani – costa 15 euro.
