Prosegue alacremente il lavoro della Co.N.V.I. – Consulta Nazionale del Vino Italiano, per la promozione della cultura del vino. Questo è quanto emerso dalla tavola rotonda che si è svolta domenica 10 aprile, all’interno di Vinitaly, alla presenza di tutte le associazioni aderenti alla Consulta.
Passi importanti sono infatti stati fatti già in questi mesi e le prime basi sono state gettate, a novembre scorso, con il progetto “Il Bere consapevole: il vino fra i giovani attraverso l’istruzione e la cultura”, su progetto di Pia Donata Berlucchi, vicepresidente Onav, approvato e concertato dalla Co.N.V.I. e realizzato in fase sperimentale in sinergia con il Provveditorato degli Studi di Brescia. È stato certamente il primo progetto concreto per far entrare a pieno titolo la cultura del vino italiano nelle scuole, un argomento divenuto in questi giorni di stretta attualità, anche alla luce dei due distinti disegni di legge presentati dal senatore Dario Stefàno e dall’on. Luca Sani.
“Proprio collegandosi ai due disegni di legge – ha spiegato Vito Intini coordinatore Co.N.V.I. e presidente nazionale ONAV – l’esperienza fatta dalla Co.N.V.I. risulta di fondamentale importanza nel prosieguo del dibattito. La Co.N.V.I. avrà ora il compito di collaborare con queste proposte, integrandole con la propria esperienza sul campo fatta con il progetto sperimentale di Brescia”.
Un progetto che proseguirà negli istituti bresciani anche nell’anno scolastico 2016-2017 e che, presto, si amplierà ad altre regioni italiane. “L’obiettivo de ‘Il Bere consapevole’ – ha proseguito Vito Intini – è quello di parlare ai giovani e agli studenti di vino e cultura, perché l’enologia è parte integrante della storia e dell’identità italiana”. A illustrare i risultati sul campo è stato Mario Maviglia, dirigente reggente dell’ Uff. Scolastico Regionale per la Lombardia, che ha raccontato gli esiti degli incontri già attuati nelle scuole di Brescia, evidenziando i feedback positivi e l’entusiasmo manifestato dagli studenti.
A sottolineare la rilevanza di questo progetto rivolto ai giovani e la crescente necessità di promuove una corretta cultura del vino, partendo dalla sua antica storia, è stato il professor Mario Fregoni, altra autorevole voce della tavola rotonda ospitata nel corso della prima giornata della cinquantesima edizione di Vinitaly. All’incontro, moderato da Carlo Cambi, è intervenuto anche Angelo Gaja, che ha portato il punto di vista delle imprese nei confronti di questo importante progetto. Gaja ha evidenziato come la promozione della cultura del vino sia un elemento fondamentale anche per le aziende e ha suggerito l’utilità di coinvolgere anche la figura dello psicologo al fianco della Co.N.V.I. – Consulta Nazionale del Vino Italiano nel raggiungimento degli obiettivi che questa si è proposta.
Ora il prossimo ed importante traguardo è l’incontro che a maggio vedrà protagonisti il Ministro Martina, i rappresentanti della Co.N.V.I., il senatore Stefàno e l’on. Luca Sani, per discutere una concreta proposta di legge. Un contesto in cui la Consulta apporterà esperienza e credibilità, dimostrando, dati alla mano, l’importanza della valorizzazione e della divulgazione della cultura del vino.
