Una bottiglia unica per raccontare l’identità del Consorzio Vini Asolo Montello. È stata presentata la nuova bottiglia istituzionale dell’Asolo Montello: un Asolo Docg Superiore nella tipologia Brut prodotto con lieviti indigeni da uve Glera provenienti da soli vigneti dell’area Asolo Montello.
“Nato dal lavoro corale del nostro Gruppo Giovani, sarà il Prosecco che rappresenterà tutti noi produttori – spiega Armando Serena, Presidente del Consorzio – ma anche il territorio da cui proviene. Per la fermentazione sono stati infatti scelti i lieviti autoctoni selezionati nel corso di una sperimentazione che ha preso il via da qualche anno. Un modo in più per caratterizzare fortemente il nostro prodotto e distinguerlo da quello delle altre denominazioni”.
Non solo i ceppi di lieviti indigeni esprimono al meglio le caratteristiche del territorio – aromaticità, struttura e persistenza gustativa – ma anche la scelta di proporre la bottiglia istituzionale nella versione Brut non è casuale. Questa tipologia, infatti, mette in risalto la forte identità delle colline dell’Asolo e Montello, dove il terreno è per natura predisposto a vini di maggiore struttura. Alte colline, forti escursioni termiche, buona ventilazione e ricchezza minerale, si esprimono al meglio in un Prosecco dal tenore zuccherino mediamente basso.
Grazie ad un’azione di co-marketing, supportata da Unindustria Treviso, con altre realtà del territorio per la promozione della denominazione, la bottiglia rientra anche in un progetto più ampio di valorizzazione del territorio. Saranno coinvolte circa quaranta aziende e industrie della zona che non appartengono al settore vinicolo, in modo che la possano utilizzare nel corso di fiere e manifestazioni, soprattutto all’estero. La bottiglia si presenta con un’immagine fresca: etichetta a sfondo bianco con il logo del Consorzio e capsula nera con un bindello applicato per raccontare il progetto.
