Ancora un salto qualitativo significativo per i vini Falanghina del Sannio Dop, con l’annata 2016 valutata con il giudizio globale di 85/100, raggiungendo la soglia dell’ottimo. Un salto qualitativo significativo rispetto alla vendemmia precedente, quando la valutazione dei vini Falanghina del Sannio Dop raggiunse la quota di 84/100.
A fotografare la costante crescita della denominazione più importante del panorama enologico sannita è stato un apposito rating. Per il quarto anno consecutivo il Sannio Consorzio Tutela Vini ha infatti affidato ad Assoenologi – Sezione Campania il compito di valutare qualitativamente i vini bianchi a denominazione di origine Falanghina del Sannio. L’incontro, che si è svolto nella Sala assemblea della cooperativa ‘La Guardiense’, ha visto al lavoro i professionisti dell’associazione nazionale di categoria dei tecnici vitivinicoli più antica e numerosa al mondo, che sono stati chiamati a prestare la loro collaborazione ad un’iniziativa che si propone prima di tutto l’obiettivo di alimentare una valida banca dati, contributo necessario per la crescita e lo sviluppo della denominazione Falanghina del Sannio e l’incremento della reputazione del territorio enologico sannita.
Il giudizio espresso dal rating è altamente qualificante considerato l’alto numero di professionisti impegnati e l’ampia gamma di vini degustati. La degustazione è stata infatti effettuata da 13 enologi professionisti, esperti di tale tipologia di vino, con conoscenza del territorio, e ha interessato ben 28 campioni Falanghina del Sannio Dop 2016, prodotti da 26 diverse aziende aderenti al Sannio Consorzio Tutela Vini. Le valutazioni dei vini sono state fatte secondo il metodo Union Internationale Des Oenologues su campioni precedentemente anonimizzati. Tale metodo prevede che per valori pari a 100 i vini sono da considerare eccellenti; per valori pari a 86 i vini sono da considerare ottimi; per valori pari a 72 sono da considerare buoni. Valori intermedi costituiscono giudizi intermedi tra quelli descritti. I risultati ottenuti sono stati elaborati dalla media dei punteggi attribuiti dai singoli degustatori eliminando il valore più basso e il valore più alto.
Il rating, che si è svolto nella Sala assemblea della cooperativa ‘La Guardiense’, ha di fatto rappresentato il prologo della XXIII edizione di ‘Vinalia’, la rassegna enogastronomica promossa dal Circolo Viticoltori e organizzata dal Comitato Vinalia, in programma a Guardia Sanframondi dal 4 al 10 agosto prossimi.
