Dal 6 al 12 marzo i vini di decine di produttori della Doc Collio potranno essere degustati in appositi spazi allestiti all’interno delle 35 Enoteche aderenti all’iniziativa.
Le degustazioni saranno gratuite ed avranno lo scopo di far scoprire a tutti i winelover il meglio della produzione del Collio dando la possibilità di informarsi sulle aziende e sulla loro storia.
“È un’opportunità unica per promuovere il nostro territorio – ha affermato Robert Princic, presidente del Consorzio Tutela Vini Collio, –e premiare l’apporto dei nostri produttori che tutelano l’ambiente ed impreziosiscono i nostri paesaggi”.
L’iniziativa non è certo una sorpresa. Lo scorso anno l’associazione delle enoteche italiane Vinarius ha conferito al Collio il 6° Premio al Territorio. “Il premio è un riconoscimento a un territorio che è stato in grado di guidare la rinascita del vino italiano nel mondo e di vivere e prosperare in un luogo duro e difficile riuscendo a conquistare il primato con professionalità e decisione”, ha commentato Andrea Terraneo, presidente di Vinarius.
Una siffatta promozione consentirà finalmente al Collio di affacciarsi sul panorama nazionale e a migliaia di appassionati di conoscere da vicino prodotti di grande carattere, simbolo di un territorio immerso nella propria unicità.
L’intera regione potrà presentarsi unita nelle proprie eccellenze, offrendo un viaggio virtuale fra colline e vigneti attraverso i colori, gli aromi e i profumi che un calice di vino può trasmettere.
