Tra i quesiti ai quali si risponderà durante il workshop “La psicologia del consumo per le aziende enogastronomiche”, ideato da Lorella di Porzio, Delegata de Le Donne del Vino della Campania, in programma il 25 settembre (dalle 16.00 alle 18:00) ad Eccellenze Campane, in via Brin 69 , Napoli. Un argomento attualissimo che coinvolge, non solo, enoteche, ristoranti e luoghi gourmet, ma in modo specifico anche addetti ai lavori come i sommelier. Un momento di confronto, utile anche a testare nuove idee imprenditoriali, nel settore enogastronomico.
In questo scenario, solo chi riesce a capire cosa vuole davvero il consumatore e ad intercettare i suoi reali bisogni, può sperare di raggiungere il successo ed emergere nell’arena competitiva. Nel corso del seminario si risponderà a questi quesiti, focalizzando l’attenzione su come soddisfare i desideri e i bisogni del cliente, ancora prima che questi si manifestino, in modo da avere clientela sempre soddisfatta, e quindi, fedele.
A tal proposito Lorella Di Porzio dichiara- “L’enogastronomia è un caposaldo della nostra cultura, un elemento trainante della nostra economia nazionale ed un settore in forte espansione. Proprio per l’importanza che essa sta sempre più acquisendo, nasce l’esigenza di saper promuovere e valorizzare l’attività delle aziende che operano in questo settore.
Oggi, più che mai, è importante per le aziende del comparto enogastronomico definire una propria strategia di marketing, utilizzando tutti i canali della comunicazione, per avere la visibilità necessaria e raggiungere i potenziali clienti.”
La direzione del seminario è affidata a Carla Cavallo, ricercatrice di Economia Agraria all’Università Federico II di Napoli, esperta in marketing agroalimentare e comportamento del consumatore, laureata all’Università di Wageningen, in Olanda (la prima università al mondo come importanza nel settore agroalimentare, come attesta la nota classifica National Taiwan Ranking).
