Arriva la kermesse “Lapio Wine Tasting” il 17 e 18 Dicembre nell’omonima cittadina, il cui nome è legato indissolubilmente al vino da una storia antica.
L’Onav concorre all’evento come partner tecnico, guidando le degustazioni dedicate alle 7 cantine locate nel piccolo e prezioso areale di Lapio, considerato da sempre: la patria indiscussa del Fiano. Ma Lapio non è solo un areale viticolo particolarmente favorevole all’acclimatamento dello storico vitigno Fiano, ma rappresenta una zona particolarmente vocata alla produzione dell’ Aglianico. Lapio , insieme al comune di Montefalcione, gode del privilegio di ospitare due delle DOCG più prestigiose in Irpinia: Fiano di Avellino DOCG e Taurasi DOCG.
Le degustazioni dedicate a questi due vini “purosangue” irpini, si svolgeranno in maniera continuativa dalle ore 16:00 alle ore 20:00 nella Sala della confraternita di S.Giuseppe in entrambi i giorni dell’evento.
La degustazione evidenzierà le straordinarie caratteristiche dei pregevoli vitigni autoctoni, che vinificati in purezza sono in grado di esprimere raffinata eleganza ed un lunghissimo potenziale d’invecchiamento. Le degustazioni dedicate al Fiano prevedono in batteria i seguenti vini: Scuotto Fiano di Avellino DOCG 2014, Colli di Lapio Fiano di Avellino DOCG 2015, Nicola Romano Fiano di Avellino DOCG 2015, Filadoro Fiano di Avellino DOCG 2015, Rocca del Principe Fiano di Avellino DOCG 2015, Az Agricola Femia Fiano di Avellino DOCG 2015, Feudo Apiano Fiano di Avellino DOCG 2015. La batteria di Taurasi prevede i seguenti vini: Tenuta Scuotto Taurasi DOCG 2011, Colli di Lapio Taurasi DOCG 2011, Nicola Romano Taurasi DOCG 201,Filadoro Taurasi DOCG 2010, Rocca del Principe Taurasi DOCG 2010, Az. Agricola Femia Taurasi DOCG 2009, Feudo Apiano Taurasi DOCG 2008.
Cavalcando la scia della grande affluenza di eno-appassionati e del fermento cittadino , l’Onav organizza, Domenica 18 Dicembre, una visita presso l’azienda Filadoro , alla degustazione tecnica segue una rinvigorente passeggiata alla riscoperta dei vigneti storici di Lapio, il piccolo borgo che impera sul fiume Calore. La giornata culmina con pranzo e brindisi finale presso il ristorante “Officina del Gusto”
