Torna, negli spazi di Piacenza Expo, sabato 26 e domenica 27 novembre 2016 la sesta edizione del Mercato dei Vini dei Vignaioli Indipendenti.
La FIVI (Federazione Italiana Vignaioli Indipendenti) è l’associazione che raccoglie e rappresenta i vignaioli che seguono l’intera filiera produttiva del vino: coltivano le vigne, imbottigliano il vino, seguendo e curando personalmente il proprio prodotto. Saranno circa 400 quest’anno i vignaioli, provenienti da ogni regione d’Italia, che durante i due giorni incontreranno il pubblico per far conoscere non solo i propri vini, espressione della terra che coltivano con passione, ma anche le proprie storie. Due giorni di festa dove si potranno assaggiare e acquistare i vini direttamente agli stand dei produttori, veri custodi del vino come espressione diretta del territorio e della sua cultura.
Come l’anno scorso le quattro degustazioni proposte saranno condotte direttamente dai vignaioli. Un’occasione in più per conoscere il loro mondo attraverso gli occhi dei colleghi. Due le verticali previste, una di Barbacarlo di Lino Maga e una di Collio di Edi Keber e due degustazioni che sembrano un viaggio attraverso l’Italia, dal Trentino di Pojer e Sandri alla Calabria di ‘A Vita. Oltre al vino si potranno degustare le specialità gastronomiche degli Artigiani del cibo, ancor più numerosi rispetto all’anno scorso, che porteranno salumi e formaggi, pani, dolciumi e specialità gastronomiche da diversi angoli d’Italia. Durante la manifestazione verrà consegnato il Premio Romano Levi, giunto alla terza edizione, al Vignaiolo dell’Anno e saranno premiate le foto vincitrici del contest #chinonbeveincompagnia, indetto sui canali social della FIVI. Gli orari di apertura del Mercato dei vini sono: sabato dalle 12.30 alle 19.30 e domenica dalle 11.00 alle 19.00. Ingresso € 15.00 (ridotto € 10 per i soci AIS – FIS – FISAR – ONAV e SLOW FOOD).
