Cantina di Soave, coerente con la serietà e la solidità che la contraddistinguono, ha deciso di presentare una concreta proposta di acquisto e di rilancio di Santa Maria La Versa, formalizzata definitivamente i primi giorni di gennaio.
La decisione è maturata dopo che la prima asta indetta dal tribunale è andata deserta, chiaro segnale che il territorio non era pronto o disposto a prendere in mano le sorti di Santa Maria La Versa e di valorizzare il suo potenziale.
Così Cantina di Soave ha deciso di scendere in campo, ma con una formula che uscisse da quella speculativa dell’asta e che allo stesso tempo ponesse gli eventuali interessati nella condizione di non poter giocare a ribasso a scapito dei produttori. La proposta presentata da Cantina di Soave è a tutti nota ed è stata il punto di riferimento per chi ha ritenuto di presentare l’ultimo giorno un esiguo rilancio: altre realtà infatti hanno ora deciso di entrare in gioco. Alla luce di questo, è probabile che Cantina di Soave scelga di non muovere ulteriori passi nella direzione di Santa Maria La Versa.

Nei prossimi giorni, da una parte valuteremo quale sarebbe il potenziale di La Versa in sinergia con i nostri affermati marchi, dall’altra ci guarderemo bene dal costituire elemento di rottura all’interno dell’Oltrepò».
