La nuova edizione di Sparkling menù, saranno protagoniste le donne chef, con i loro piatti abbinati alla Cuvette di Villa Franciacorta.
Villa Franciacorta, l’azienda vinicola guidata da Roberta Bianchi e Paolo Pizziol, ha presentato alla propria Rete vendita, nel corso della riunione del 27 febbraio scorso, le linee guida del prossimo Sparkling Menù, la manifestazione di successo che, da oltre dieci anni, contribuisce alla valorizzazione delle bollicine di Franciacorta, servite a tutto pasto.
Trampolino o riconferma per molti chef, famosi od emergenti (ricordiamo quanti hanno ricevuto la stella Michelin dopo avere vinto allo Sparkling: due nomi per tutti, Enrico Bartolini, che prese la seconda stella, e Fabio Baldessari, Aqua Crua, quest’ultimo affermatosi nell’edizione 2015), Sparkling Menù continua sulla strada dell’innovazione. Fra le novità in vista, la declinazione tutta al femminile dell’evento che, per la prima volta, coinvolgerà nelle selezioni esclusivamente “chef donna”, chiamate a realizzare nei propri ristoranti piatti gourmet in cui l’abbinamento con Cuvette Franciacorta sia corretto ed equilibrato, per non dire perfetto.
L’imponente lavoro di selezione da parte della giuria partirà a maggio e durerà per oltre un anno: culminerà poi con la finale, a settembre 2017, presso la cantina storica nel suggestivo Borgo di Villa, a Monticelli Brusati (Bs), nel corso di una serata che si preannuncia memorabile (come del resto quelle delle passate edizioni, che hanno assegnato importanti riconoscimenti a chef di indubbio valore). L’impegno di Villa nella valorizzazione della femminilità a tutto campo è peraltro risaputo: già con Villa in Rosa, l’evento biennale (che si alterna allo Sparkling) voluto da Roberta Bianchi per restituire valore alla donna che opera in ambito vitivinicolo, si era posto l’accento sulla “professionalità in rosa”.
