Ad aprile a Novara debuttano i vini dell’Alto Piemonte. Sabato 1 e domenica 2 aprile il Castello Visconteo Sforzesco di Novara ospiterà Taste Alto Piemonte, la prima manifestazione dedicata alle eccellenze vinicole dell’Alto Piemonte, promossa dalConsorzio Tutela Nebbioli dell’Alto Piemonte, con il patrocinio del Comune di Novara ed il supporto della Camera di Commercio e dell’ATL di Novara.
“Sarà una vera e propria anteprima di territorio, quella che andremo ad organizzare a Novara – racconta la presidente del Consorzio Lorella Zoppis -, perché per la prima volta ci presenteremo tutti insieme, forti delle nostre produzioni e delle nostre radici. Taste Alto Piemonte permetterà agli appassionati di vino di approfondire la conoscenza delle denominazioni Doc e Docg, attraverso l’assaggio e l’incontro con i produttori, ma non solo. Il nostro obiettivo è quello di far vedere quanto il territorio e le aziende che lo animano siano cresciute, in termini di numeri e di qualità e condividere il nostro entusiasmo e la nostra passione. Per questo motivo abbiamo deciso di invitare un nutrito gruppo di giornalisti italiani e europei, affinché possano vivere in prima persona la nostra realtà e diventare a loro volta ambasciatori dell’Alto Piemonte nel mondo”.
La manifestazione si strutturerà su due giorni e avrà una cornice d’eccezione: le splendide sale del Castello Visconteo Sforzesco di Novara. Sabato 1 aprile dalle 15:00 alle 20:00 (la fascia oraria riservata alla stampa e agli operatori è dalle 11:00 alle 15:00) e domenica 2 aprile dalle ore 10:00 alle 20:00 i produttori vinicoli dell’Alto Piemonte entreranno in contatto con il pubblico e gli operatori di settore, attraverso walk-around tasting e seminari tecnici di approfondimento sulle denominazioni con il supporto di AIS Piemonte.
Un evento che permetterà agli appassionati di scoprire le ultime annate delle 10 denominazioni dell’Alto Piemonte: Boca DOC, Bramaterra DOC, Colline Novaresi DOC, Coste della Sesia DOC, Fara DOC, Gattinara DOCG, Ghemme DOCG, Lessona DOC, Sizzano DOC, Valli Ossolane DOC saranno gli ambasciatori della grande vocazione e tradizione vinicola delle colline racchiuse tra le Alpi e il Lago Maggiore. Qui le varietà autoctone, nebbiolo, in primis, accompagnato da vespolina, croatina e uva rara prosperano favorite da una radicata cultura popolare, godendo di un microclima unico e della ricchezza degli straordinari suoli vulcanici.
