Al via il primo Festival del Formaggio Ubriacato, che dal 28 al 29 maggio animerà i locali del Cheese Bar PER a San Pietro di Feletto (TV).
Il festival, promosso dall’Accademia Internazionale dell’Arte Casearia, si inserisce all’interno degli eventi dedicati a Conegliano-Valdobbiadene Capitale della Cultura Enologica europea 2016 e avrà il suo culmine nel convegno di domenica, che vanta tra i relatori mastri affinatori, docenti universitari e giornalisti di spicco. Quando il vino incontra il formaggio d’eccellenza, ciò che ne scaturisce è un’esperienza unica, che cattura non soltanto il palato, ma anche la vista e tutti i sensi, inebriando con profumi intensi ed avvolgenti. Nasce così uno dei prodotti più amati dai gourmand di tutto il mondo, il formaggio ubriacato, una creazione casearia unica nel suo genere. Sarà proprio il Territorio del Prosecco DOCG eletto “Capitale della Cultura Enologica europea 2016”, a celebrare questo formaggio con una due giorni densa di appuntamenti dedicati all’enogastronomia d’eccellenza. Teatro di questo evento che si terrà il 28 e 29 maggio, organizzato dall’Accademia Internazionale dell’Arte Casearia, associazione che propone corsi di formazione in ambito caseario, saranno le sale del Cheese Bar PER della Latteria Perenzin, sede anche dell’Accademia stessa.
L’intero locale di Bagnolo di San Pietro di Feletto (TV) sarà dedicato al Festival, con aree espositive riservate a aziende lattiero-casearie d’eccellenza che del formaggio ubriacato hanno fatto la loro produzione di punta. La giornata di sabato, oltre agli stand riservati ai produttori – Beppino Occelli, Casearia Carpenedo, De’ Magi di Andrea Magi, Gigi Formaggi (Dolci Pierluigi), Gligora, Perenzin Latteria, Pezzetta, Valsana – sarà arricchita da laboratori didattici e degustazioni guidate, che si terranno nelle sale di Via Cervano 77/d (Bagnolo di San Piero di Feletto). I bambini si trasformeranno in piccoli casari, cimentandosi nella produzione di caciotte e altri formaggi che potranno poi portare a casa come ricordo dell’esperienza. Ai più grandi invece sono riservati speciali momenti degustativi a tema, in cui grande protagonista sarà il formaggio ubriacato in tutte le sue varianti, abbinato al Prosecco DOCG Conegliano-Valdobbiadene e ad alcune birre artigianali. Si terrà invece domenica 29 alle ore 10, presso le sale del Municipio di San Pietro di Feletto, l’atteso convegno dedicato ad approfondire la storia ed il futuro del formaggio affinato tramite ubriacatura.
