Un Molise che punta alla piena valorizzazione del suo territorio attraverso le sue peculiarità enologiche è quello che si presenterà al 51° Vinitaly.Una partecipazione importante quella di quest’anno che vedrà la presenza, nello Stand della regione Molise, di 14 cantine sulle 30 operanti in regione più sei in sola degustazione.
Diverse le novità, in primis il cambio di location, infatti il Molise alloggerà nel padiglione 11, all’ingresso dell’area fieristica, con uno spazio espositivo di ben 300 mq, all’interno dei quali i visitatori potranno degustare i vini delle cantine Cantine Salvatore, Vinicola Cieri Camillo, La Cantina di Remo, Cantine Catabbo, Claudio Cipressi Vignaiolo, Tenuta Martarossa, Vinicola Flocco, Cantina San Zenone, VI.NI.CA, Cantina Giagnacovo, Agricola Cianfagna, Di Majo Norante, Campi Valerio, Livio Palazzo.
Altra importante novità, la collaborazione con l’istituto Alberghiero di Termoli che parteciperà nell’area degustativa con sei studenti che avranno l’opportunità di vivere l’entusiasmante esperienza di comunicatori del vino Molisano, nell’ottica dello sviluppo dei progetti di alternanza scuola- lavoro.
Nell’ area degustazione si potranno, inoltre assaggiare alcuni dei vini delle cantine Borgo di Colloredo, Colle Sereno, Tenimenti Grieco, Di Tullio, D’Uva, Il Quadrifoglio. Un Vinitaly che si pone come obbiettivo principale la comunicazione di un territorio, quello Molisano, attraverso il brand vino grazie, ha sottolineato il Presidente della Camera di Commercio Spina, ad una serie di azioni sinergiche messe in atto con la Regione Molise e con le associazioni di Assaggiatori.
In quest’ottica si pone il secondo Seminario su “I grandi vini del Molise”, riproposto anche quest’anno da ONAV, “Un opportunità questa, che ONAV MOLISE non poteva che prendere al volo” ha dichiarato il Delegato Carolina Iorio, “I vini Molisani, destano interesse e curiosità, non solo perché provenienti da un Territorio incontaminato, ancora a misura d’uomo, ma soprattutto per gli ottimi livelli qualitativi raggiunti, da tutte le aziende operanti in Regione”.
“I grandi vini del Molise”, si terrà , nell’ambito delle attività istituzionali del Vinitaly, domenica 9 aprile alle ore 15, presso il Padiglione 10 sala B , alla presenza delle istituzioni regionali, nonché del presidente Nazionale dell’Onav, Vito Intini, che supporterà la degustazione guidata dal delegato regionale Onav, Carolina Iorio.
Saranno in degustazione guidata le Falanghine Clivia della Cantina San Zenone, e Passo alle Tremiti di Tenimenti Grieco, le Tintile Macchiarossa della Cantina Cipressi, e la TintiliaS della Cantina Catabbo, per concludere con il Molise Rosso Don Donà di Cantine Salvatore e l’Aglianico Sarò di Camillo Cieri.
