Si prospetta un parterre de roi per la nuova edizione di “AperArneis”, l’evento che seguirà la consegna, a Magliano Alfieri il 22 luglio prossimo, del ventottesimo Premio Giornalistico del Roero.
Com’è tradizione, in occasione della premiazione, i produttori che partecipano all’Associazione che lo organizza mettono in degustazione i Roero Arneis della nuova annata, in questo caso il 2015, ma anche i loro spumanti e vini passiti a base di Arneis, il vitigno principe della viticoltura del Roero.
Fedele alla missione del Premio di proporre abbinamenti di grande qualità al vino Roero Arneis, sperimentata per 25 anni con “Il Piatto per il Roero Arneis”, coinvolgendo Chef affermati e giovani promesse, oggi è l'”AperArneis” che si propone come momento d’incontro privilegiato del vino di maggior successo prodotto sulle colline roerine con il pubblico finale, soprattutto quello più giovane che ama lo stile informale dell’aperitivo, ma è sempre più attento ed esigente nelle sue scelte. Quest’anno l'”AperArneis” si celebra sulla Piazza del prestigioso Castello di Magliano Alfieri a partire dalle ore 20,00, dopo la cerimonia di consegna del XXVIII Premio Giornalistico del Roero.
