Esattamente come il buon vino che invecchia e con il tempo migliora. Così la manifestazione dedicata al vino nella città che con il vino si identifica da sempre. Torna, per il terzo anno consecutivo, “Vin’ a Trani”, l’avvenimento il cui nome è con l’apostrofo a forma di goccia e il simbolo è una cattedrale fatta di soli calici, insieme la declinazione in vernacolo di un invito e al tempo stesso la valorizzazione del prodotto tipico più famoso, marchio di fabbrica di un territorio.
L’appuntamento, anzi il doppio appuntamento quest’anno, è per l’intera giornata di domenica 26 marzo. Per questa terza edizione, infatti, il caratteristico happening mondano dedicato alla degustazione e ai banchi di assaggio che si terrà a Palazzo San Giorgio, nel salotto buono della città, sarà preceduto da un appuntamento culturale di respiro nazionale.
All’interno del Polo Museale, nell’antico Palazzo Lodispoto che ospita il museo più grande d’Europa dedicato alla macchina per scrivere, le vecchie tastiere torneranno a vivere, toccate dalle dita di giornalisti specializzati del settore che in passato le utilizzavano come strumento del loro lavoro. Sarà l’occasione per parlare di vino, con professionisti e semplici appassionati, ma anche per muoversi tra passato e presente, su come è cambiato il giornalismo, la comunicazione e naturalmente il mondo dell’enologia, non più solo un fenomeno di nicchia.
Ideata e organizzata da Francesca de Leonardis, consulente enogastronomica, e Michele Matera, titolare del ristorante “Corteinfiore”, “Vin’ a Trani” è l’occasione per mettere insieme i produttori di vino del territorio e quelli che vengono da più lontano. Ma anche per rendere concreta l’idea di destagionalizzazione del turismo da più parti auspicata per far vivere la città 12 mesi l’anno, non solo durante l’estate.
Oltre 40 le cantine che esporranno i loro prodotti, addirittura il doppio rispetto alla seconda edizione. La richiesta di partecipazione da parte dei produttori dimostra l’importanza della manifestazione in un momento in cui è sempre più limitata la presenza agli innumerevoli eventi enogastronomici. Arrivano dalla Puglia naturalmente, e da diverse regioni italiane, in un ideale itinerario enologico e gastronomico. Non mancherà neppure il “moscato di Trani”, vero e proprio padrone di casa, e l’angolo del food, con le eccellenze gastronomiche del territorio.
Insieme ci saranno le sigle di Onav (Organizzazione Nazionale Assaggiatori di Vino) e Ais (Associazione Italiana Sommelier). Il partner sociale, come lo scorso anno, sarà Made in Carcere, l’iniziativa nata nel 2007 da un’idea di Luciana Delle Donne, fondatrice di Officina Creativa, una cooperativa sociale, non a scopo di lucro, che dà lavoro alle detenute. Le donne impegnate nel progetto producono manufatti “diversa(mente) utili”, dalle borse agli accessori originali e colorati.
