Il sondaggio di Italia a Tavola “Personaggio dell’anno dell’enogastronomia e della ristorazione” ha messo a segno un nuovo record: 163.914 votanti. Chef Rubio, Sara Papa, Vito Intini e Gian Nicola Libardi i vincitori.
Chef Rubio, il cuoco più anticonformista della tv; Sara Papa, presenza fissa nel programma Geo&Geo di RaiTre come esperto tecnico-scientifico; Vito Intini, presidente Onav (Organizzazione nazionale assaggiatori Vino) e coordinatore Convi (Consulta nazionale del vino italiano); Gian Nicola Libardi, barman del Tatikakeya di Calceranica al Lago (Tn). È questo il poker vincente del sondaggio online più seguito del settore, “Personaggio dell’anno dell’enogastronomia e della ristorazione – Premio Italia a Tavola”, giunto all’8ª edizione, che anche quest’anno ha fatto registrare un nuovo record di votanti, 163.914, il numero più alto mai realizzato tra tutte le edizioni del sondaggio. La sezione Opinion leader è stata quella che ha raccolto più voti (93.061).
Dopo il risultato già straordinario registrato nella scorsa edizione (154.392 votanti), il nuovo record di votanti rappresenta una conferma di quanto sia cresciuto l’interesse per l’iniziativa e la voglia di partecipare. Il sondaggio era aperto a tutti gli utenti del web: ognuno poteva esprimere liberamente fino a 12 preferenze (fino a 3 per ciascuna delle 4 categorie) per coloro che, nel corso dell’anno, si sono impegnati al meglio per valorizzare, attraverso la propria professionalità, il settore del Made in Italy a tavola, e che per questo meritavano di essere premiati. Un premio soprattutto di valore simbolico, dal momento che l’obiettivo del sondaggio, da sempre, non è di stilare classifiche di merito, ma di accendere i riflettori e l’attenzione generale sull’intero comparto attraverso i suoi protagonisti.
