“Enologica”, manifestazione promossa per il secondo anno consecutivo da Enoteca Regionale Emilia Romagna e curata da Giorgio Melandri, sceglie nuovamente il cuore dell’Emilia Romagna, Bologna, come palcoscenico ideale per il racconto della straordinaria quanto inedita filiera vitivinicola e agroalimentare di questo territorio.
A Palazzo Re Enzo il 21, 22, 23 novembre 2015 si scriverà il nuovo capitolo di un racconto del quale saranno protagonisti oltre 100 tra produttori, consorzi e cantine della regione, che permetteranno ai visitatori di concedersi un ideale “viaggio” lungo la via Emilia, dal riminese fino ai colli piacentini, attraverso i vini simbolo di questa regione: Albana e Sangiovese, Pignoletto, Fortana, Lambrusco, Malvasia e Gutturnio.
Al centro del racconto i vignaioli, i cuochi, il vino e cibo dell’Emilia Romagna, ma soprattutto la sua cultura raccontata quest’anno attraverso i tarocchi, le carte da gioco nate proprio a Bologna alla fine del 1300 da un’idea del Principe Francesco Antelminelli Castracani Fibbia e diventate oggi lo strumento più usato per le divinazioni. Con loro, al centro del racconto, ci saranno il vino e il cibo dell’Emilia Romagna, accompagnati dai testi del curatore Giorgio Melandri, dello storico Andrea Vitali e dai disegni di Francesca Ballarini.
A completare il programma di “Enologica”, un interessante programma di seminari e degustazioni tematiche, “Il Teatro dei Cuochi”, ospitato in alcuni luoghi del centro cittadino e che quest’anno sarà incentrato sulla lavorazione della pasta ripiena, “Genius Loci”, spazio creato per scoprire e conoscere prodotti e materie prime espressione dell’identità e della cultura dell’Emilia Romagna.
