La rivoluzione sostenibile arriva nelle Langhe del Barolo. Agricola Brandini, l’unica azienda certificata biologica partner dell’Associazione Vino Libero, ha scelto Select Bio di Nomacorc per tappare il suo Barolo Docg 2011.
E’ la prima volta che su questo vino viene utilizzata una chiusura alternativa al sughero dopo la riforma del 2014 che li consente anche sui vini Docg.
Select Bio è il primo tappo al mondo a zero emissioni di Co2, visto che utilizza una materia prima derivata dalla canna da zucchero ed è frutto della ricerca di Nomacorc anche sul fronte della gestione dell’ossigeno. Il Barolo Docg Brandini, infatti, potrà avere un passaggio garantito e costante di ossigeno, che è in grado di favorirne l’evoluzione negli anni.
